The 15th Annual Lebanon Ice Bowl
Players’ Meeting

Welcome to the 15th Annual Lebanon Ice Bowl! As always, we’d like to start off by thanking our sponsors.

Tournament sponsors include: Lebanon Parks & Rec, Patriots Gold & Silver, New Key Realty, Keen Motors LLC, Denny Rhoads Drywall, and Dan Newlin

Our tour sponsors: Patriots Gold & Silver, Elephant & Castle Fine Arms, Innova Champion Discs, Dynamic Discs, Prodigy Discs, Creator Designs, MVP/Axiom Discs, Fossa Disc Golf, Millenium Golf Discs, Discmania, 8Up, Greazy Dyes, Discs Unlimited, and Intuitive Body Works & Massage.

Everyone needs to check in at the Winfrey house. The PDGA has finally lifted their Covid protocol! Pro players will be paid via PayPal unless other arrangements are made. Please be sure that the address that is used to sign up with is the e mail you want your money sent to. If not, let me know the address you want used before you leave the event. Amateurs you will be paid out with a voucher that may be used in the trailer just like cash. No more than 6 players will be allowed in the trailer at one time. If you receive a voucher, it must be redeemed the day of the event unless special arrangements are made. Simply come talk with me if there is a circumstance in which you need to leave before shopping. You may have someone shop for you.

Round 1 tees off at 10. The official scorekeeping will be at pdga.com/score. The code is LIB. Round 1 player course and hole assignments will be posted shortly after registration closes Friday night at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/66505. The staff will automatically receive the scores at tournament central. After the first round, a chili lunch will be served at the Winfrey house. Round 2 SHOULD start at 1, but may change based on last card. There will be an announcement by DGM staff, and round 2 assignments will be posted on the PDGA page.

This year Dan Newlin has an Ace Challenge for everyone. How it works is simple: if any player hits an Ace, Dan will donate $100 to the charity and $100 to the player who hits the Ace. You do not have to be in the tournament Ace Pot to win Dan‘s Ace Challenge. There will be a $5 Ace Pot going on as well, so don’t forget to sign up for it during check in.
Rules for the course are listed below. Unbranded CTP is hole 17 at Jared Hilton. Trilogy-only CTP is hole 14 at Winfrey. MVP-only CTP is hole 4 at Winfrey. Prodigy-only CTP is hole 5 at Jared Hilton.

Park bathrooms are closed, but there are porta potties on the courses. If there is any question about any throws or lies, try to make a group decision. If no decision can be made, play a provisional. When possible, consult with the course TD to determine the correct answer.

Maps and Rule & OB sheets can be seen on my FaceBook pages: Russel Burns, both Disc Golf Monkey pages, and the Ozarks Flying Disc Golf page.
